Our Workspace
Our colour workflow adheres to the ICC standard, and we create custom colour profiles in-house. We are a Hahnemuhle Certified Studio, and all our printers utilise Epson Ultrachrome archival pigmented inks.
How To Send Images
We accept TIFF, PSD, JPEG and RAW files. Either email us with your images and required print sizes using the Contact Us page or you can use any number of file transfer sites, including Wetransfer. Simply copy and paste us the link with your requirements and you’re ready to go!

Turnaround Time
For printing, it takes 2-3 working days, and about a week for framing. For larger orders and print sizes, framing times may increase to around 2 weeks.

We believe in nurturing creativity, and so we will offer free consultations to starting photographers and artists, including a first-time, discount package to produce a limited collection of framed prints for any of the myriad art shows held in and around Hong Kong year-round.

Payment and Shipping
We accept payment by Paypal, cash or bank transfer. All payments are made payable to Chau Digital HK Ltd. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days. No refunds, exchanges or credits are offered on any items purchased. All sales are final. By placing an order, you agree that you have fully read and understood all product descriptions as listed on our website.
We ship worldwide, and once your prints are finished and framed, we will invoice you for shipping and handling. Once that is paid for and completed, the items will be shipped.
